We were working as scientists recently in room 1. We discussed how to make a fair test in order to get reliable results when carrying out scientific experiments. We wanted to see what flowers got up to when they are in water. We saw how the stem drinks up the water and eventually you can see where the water ends up. To show this we added different coloured food colouring to the water. We were able to create blue, yellow and green flowers! Have a look:
