First and Second class have been learning all about colour recently. We started by looking at the colour wheel and identifying the three primary colours and three secondary colours. We discovered that by mixing the primary colours we could make new colours, for eg. to make green we mixed yellow and blue, to make orange we mixed yellow and red and to make purple we mixed blue and red. We then made our own individual colour wheels, which are on display in our classroom…we think they look really cool!!
