September saw us learning about St. Patrick (!!) and how he used the shamrock as a symbol when telling the people of Ireland about God. We planted some shamrock in class and are taking great care of the plants. We water them every morning and evening; keeping a weekly ‘observation’ diary. We hope that by the time St. Patrick’s Day comes in March, we’ll have lovely shamrock to pin to our jumpers!!!
